Currently we're exclusively sold on our website.
How do I cancel or edit an order I placed?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please reach out to customer service if you have any concerns.
Can I add an item to my order after I placed the order?
Unfortunately not, you will need to place an entire new order for anything you wish to purchase.

What is your return / exchange policy?
If you are unsure about your purchase, please do not wear the item(s). We will gladly issue a refund within 45 days of your purchase date, or from when your order was delivered, whichever is longer. Exchanges will be accepted up to 60 days after the purchase date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Reminder there is a $7.99 return shipping fee, withdrawn from your return amount. Please see our Return Policy page for more details.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, and PAYPAL.
*Please note: Your billing address must match exactly as it is appears on your credit card statement. This information is used as part of the validation process for your credit card payment. All orders are subject to review. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Why has my card been declined?
You would need to contact your bank or credit card company for more information. It could be that your billing address is not matching with your credit card or you entered the information incorrectly.
How do I apply a coupon/promo code to my order?
If you received a discount code you can enter this information during the checkout process. The field for the code is located on the page where you enter your credit card
information. Only one coupon code can be used at a time.
Why doesn’t my coupon/promo code work?
Please double check that you are entering it correctly. The promotion could have expired. For more assistance, please contact customer service.
How is sales tax calculated?
We must charge sales tax in accordance with state and local laws and regulations to all orders shipped to Arizona, California, Texas, Washington & New York. We charge an Arizona tax rate of 8.1%, California of 8.75%, Texas 8.25%, Washington 10.00% and New York 8.5%. Sales tax is added during checkout on the items in your cart. There is no sales tax on shipping.
How long would it take for my order after placing it?
If you ordered multiple items, your order may ship in separate packages and you will receive a separate shipping email for each package. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
How long is shipping?
Your order ships within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday only. Please allow 1-3
business days for first class delivery within the US.
