    Where do you ship too?

    We currently ship within the US and globally. 

    What parcel service do you use?

    We ship via first class mail, ground, 2nd day air, or next day air. All packages with the US are sent via USPS, or UPS. For international shipping all packages are sent either with UPS, and DHL. Any expedited order placed after 1PM EST will ship the following business day. If an order ships on Friday with next day air shipping, it will be delivered on Monday. Saturday does not count as a business day. Free shipping on orders within the USA via first class delivery. 

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we offer international shipping please add product of your choice and checkout to find your regions shipping, taxes and duties cost. 

    How long does delivery take?

    Your order ships out the same day if placed before 4PM EST. Orders ship Monday through Friday only. Please allow 1-5 business days for first class and ground delivery within the US. 

    How can I track my order?

    As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can then track the package but it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. You can also go under “my account” and click on order history. 

    Order Processing 

    Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Same day processing applies to headwear and accessories. Apparel is made to order and will take 2-3 business days for processing. For same day processing, an order must be placed prior to 4PM EST. Any order placed after 4PM EST will be processed on the next business day. This means that any order placed after 4PM EST on a Friday, will be processed the following Monday. We are not held accountable for any delays that may occur. Orders with different billing and shipping may take longer in order to follow our verification process. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

    Shipping and Handling

    Nu Yrk online purchases are shipped via USPS, UPS and DHL from our warehouse located in Queens. Nu Yrk is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Should the buyer encounter an issue with receiving a package, the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.  We offer a few shipping methods:

     

    Domestic - United States

    • Ground (delivered 1-5 business days after shipment)
    • 2nd Day Air (delivered 2 business days after shipment)
    • Next Day Air (delivered next business day after shipment)

    International - Rest of World

    • DHL eCommerce Ground (varies based on carries & region)
    • DHL Express (varies based on carries & region)
    • UPS Ground (varies based on carries & region)
    • UPS Standard (varies based on carries & region)
    • UPS Worldwide Expedited (varies based on carries & region)
    Please review our “Processing” section above to determine the best shipping method. The time that the order is placed will contribute the delivery time. For example, an overnight shipping order placed on a Friday before 12PM EST would not be delivered until the following Monday. A next day air order placed after 4PM EST on a Friday would not be processed until the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. If you have any questions, please contact us.

    We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Currently we're exclusively sold on our website.

    Can I make a size or style change to my pre-order?

    Changes to size or style cannot be made. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please email info@nuyrk.com for further assistance.

    How can I view my pre-order?

    Why does it take nearly three months to make a pre-order?

    Despite it's simplicity of design and relatively unchanged silhouette, a surprising amount of work goes into the crafting of each pre-order. From raw material to finished product.

    Will I receive any updates from you over the following months?

    Yes, we will keep you updated at key production stages:
    -Your order has been placed with us.
    -Your order is half way through production.
    -Your order has been shipped from our production facility.
    -Your order is being picked and packed by us.
    -Your order is now shipped from our warehouse and is en route to you.

    Payments

    When is a pre-order payment processed?

    You will be charged at the time you checkout and your order was successfully placed.

    Can I order now but pay for it later?

    Yes, you have the option to use Shop Pay at checkout. For more information on Shop Pay payments click here.

    Can I cancel my pre-order and get a refund?

    Yes, you can cancel your order and get a refund if it has not been fulfilled and shipped. To request cancellation, please email: info@nuyrk.com.

    Once I receive the pre-order, can I return it?

    Shipping

    When will my order be shipped?

    If you credit card is not approved, your bank will automatically deduct the money from your available balance although it is not actually taken from your account until we dispatch the order. If we do not dispatch the order, we do not charge you and the money will be automatically put back into your account. This can take 3-5 business days. 

    How long does delivery take?

    Your order ships within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday only. Please allow 1-3 business days for first class delivery within the US.
